OWTON STUART (Mother) DUNN crossed the bar last Wednesday 25/6/2008 aged 83. He was a WW2 Navy man and served in HMAS Voyager II and was the stokers messdeck kellick on HMAS Quiberon as well as several other Ship's and Shore Establishments. Jim, aged 65, passed away on the Monday 24th March. Funeral last Friday 28th. We didn't see a lot of Jim, he was a Voyager Survivor, an ex ERA and went through "Nirimba". Really good Rugby player despite his small size. After the Navy he was an engineer on Tugs around Brisbane until his retirement to Sandstone Point. It's a sad day when another of "us" goes over the bar.
