Voyager Service 10th Feb 2013 - Perth
Kim Casas advises they have a Naval Chaplain, a Guard from TS ANZAC, still trying to arrange a bugler.
Service of Remembrance will be held at Kings Park near the plaque on voyager seat with the
names of the 7 West Australians who died on Voyager at 1100 on Sunday 10/02/13.
Kim Casas has been in contact with several ex Voyager guys and family members of the deceased
and estimates an attendance crowd between 30 and 40.
Kim has also been in touch with the Chaplain and he is producing an order of service.
Kim will be unable to send me any photos of the Sunday Service so anyone attending who can do so please send them along to me (Les Sheehan) so as I can add them to the Website gallery.
I have been advised that the Leeuwin Team with Tom Houldsworth will be attending and Tom has offered his services to arrange the Service for next year 50th - 2014) Thank you sincerely Tom.
