It is with sincere sadness this message is posted today. a Voyager shipmate JAMES (Jim) MACLACHLAN departed on his final voyage Tuesday 8th June at 2245 hrs.

Jim served on HMAS Voyager from March 1960 - Sept.1962 and also had
time at Cerberus, Watson, Penguin, and also served on Warrego and Stuart.
Condolences to the family and friends on behalf of all Voyagers.
May you have smooth seas and calm winds Jim, on you final voyage

Jim's funeral is set for next Wednesday.
16 June, at 1030hrs on the grounds of St Pauls Church,
Old Cooma Road,
Burra. NSW.

Followed by a trip to the Queanbeyan Lawn Cemetery and then drinks at the Queanbeyan Bowling Club.
"Serving and ex-service persons attending are requested to wear medals"
