I have just received advice from Peter Jarvis (subscriber) of the condition of ABFC ERIC ROBSON RAN (Survivor HMAS Voyager). Eric is in palliative care in Hollywood Hospital in WA (Telephone:- 08 93466629 will take you direct to his room). Eric's brother is in attendance (Hugh) and will probably answer the phone. Eric Robson's wife; Dawn Robson is also in attendance. Eric is very unfortunately in the advanced stages of cancer and they are doing all that they can to keep him comfortable at this stage. He is not taking food.

It's nice to know he is in good hands and being tenderly cared for and family with him. I am sure I speak for all shipmates and wish him well.

Lest We Forget -

Eric Robson crossed the bar at 00:40 this morning (Friday 18th January 2008) He is at peace now.

Other details will be posted when known. Condolences on behalf of all shipmates are extended to Eric's wife, family and friends in this time of grief.

St. Christophers Anglican Church
Hall Road Roleystone.
